No, we are happy to take any size of order, whether it is just one garment or one thousand garments.

How long will it take for me to receive my goods?
We aim to dispatch all our goods within 10 working days, but this is subject to the time of the year, we will give you a more definite timescale when you make contact with us.

Yes, if you are in a desperate hurry to receive your goods please make contact with us as soon as possible so as we can come to some arrangement. We will endeavour to accomodate all of your needs.

What is digitizing, why do i need it and what do i need to supply?
Digitizing is the process where we turn your artwork into a computer format that is compatible with our embroidery machines and this allows us in turn to embroider your goods. All that we require from you is a clear copy of your logo whether it be on paper or already on a garment.

How much is it going to cost me to have my design digitized?
It all depends on the size of your logo, but the average cost tends to be about £40. Once we have seen a copy of your logo we will be able to give you an exact costing, this can be done by simply e-mailing us a JPEG of your logo or sending a copy through the post.

Can i use the same design again for a repeat order?
Yes you can as once the design has been digitized we will store it on our database for future reference at no extra cost to yourself.

I already have my design on an embroidery disk, can you work from this?
Yes we can, all you would need to do is e-mail the logo as an attachment and we can work with it from there.

Yes, we will give you a quote for just the embrodiery of the design onto your garments.

Not normally as we have a vast range of different texts on our database, however if your text is very unusual youmight have to pay for digitization but this is very seldom the case,
